Is there a rising star at your house? If someone you know is dreaming about the stage, here is a perfect way to test the waters. ACT Out! Children’s Workshops invites students ages 4-13 to participate in a variety of theatre workshops featuring an array of topics. There are two sessions on February 18 at 9 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m. Students will participate in three classes tailored to their age group and take a VIP backstage tour of the Omaha Community Playhouse. The classes are broken down into age groups: 4-6, 7-10 and 11-13. ACT Out! Children’s Workshops are presented by ACT II, the support group of the Omaha Community Playhouse. ACT II is dedicated to supporting the education and outreach efforts of OCP.
